Rolani’s Wonderland handcrafts all designer blankets within a maximum 3 week period

and all pillowcases, baby loveys and baby security blankets within a 3-4 day period.

Oftentimes, orders process much faster than these time frames but we cannot guarantee a faster processing time.

 

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made:

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take between 2-3 weeks to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

 

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Washing any blanket(s), security blanket(s), pillowcase(s), or baby lovey(s) separately.

* Blankets, security blankets, baby loveys and pillowcases are machine washable on gentle cold cycle.

* Tumble dry on low heat.

* DO NOT USE bleach.

* DO NOT USE fabric softener.

* DO NOT iron blanket minky fabrics other than the satin ruffles.

 

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* Blanket(s), pillowcase(s), security blanket(s) or baby lovey(s) are NOT washed separately.

* Blanket(s), pillowcase(s), security blanket(s) or baby lovey(s) are washed using bleach.

* Blanket(s), pillowcase(s), security blanket(s) or baby lovey(s) are washed with fabric softener, or are ironed directly on the minky fabric or brocade fabrics.

* Blanket(s), pillowcase(s), security blanket(s) or baby lovey(s) are washed on warm or high temperature heat cycles.

Rolani’s Wonderland happily supports and loves its international customers. All International products are shipped through USPS.

 

International Shipping Now Available to:
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and the UK.

 

Rolani’s Wonderland is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, processing fees, or brokerage fees incurred for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

 

Cost calculations:

Rolani’s Wonderland always does it’s best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* International shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

 

Timeline:

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need between 2-3 weeks to be handcrafted for you.

 

RETURNS

All handmade goods, personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund due to the nature of our products.

 

All products are inspected thoroughly for flaws and defects. If your item arrives defective due to manufacturer error a return may be accepted. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until your proof of purchase has been approved.

 

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded and are considered a final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
